From 2002, I took part in spreading Firefox, by writing articles in Persian IT magazines. I continued using Firefox since then. I 2007, I joined the Free Software community in Iran and so, I had been attracted more to the Mozilla and it's philosophy. When I joined the Ubuntu localization team, I realized Mozilla software is a big part of Ubuntu as Upstream, so I tried to localize Firefox and Thunderbird as well. In 2015, After I completed the localization of Ubuntu for phones and touch devices, I tried to take participate in the localization of Firefox OS, so these two big Free Software projects will be both available for Persian people and their localization will be compatible in terms, to prevent people from wondering about them.

Danial is a very active member of Persian localization team. He joined our team when we really needed contributions on Firefox OS localisation. Firefox OS 2.5 was translated to Persian in a very short time; as a a result of our great contributors efforts.
