I'm a Mozillian, volunteer, proud Mozilla Tech Speaker, technology entrepreneur and a software engineer. I work in web development, and agile product management.
I'm in love of working with my community, so I'm a co-founder and organizer at Nablus Tech Meetups which is a Palestinian community initiative for technology and entrepreneurship. Moreover, I'm proud to be a Chair for ArabWIC Palestine chapter and a mentoring committee member at the Arab Women in Computing organization and a TechWomen fellow.
I have quite different experiences in events and coding, I was a mentor for an international developers team in the NYUAD Hackathon for Social Good in the Arab World i 2015. I was a finalist in Intel Business Challenge MENA region for 2014, and I won a travel grant to attend Grace Hopper Celebration in the US in 2015. Besides that, I won different awards in Palestine for innovation and entrepreneurship such as: Call for Innovation competition in 2011 for building apps which tackles Palestinian community problems in their daily life.
I have experience working in different startup projects and different industries such as e-learning, traveling, semiconductors, and SME’s management tools. I finished BSc degree in Computer Engineering from An-Najah National University - Palestine, and Certificate in Global Solutions Program from Singularity University, CA, USA.
