A psychologist who became a software developer, who wandered into test engineering, and then wandered into middle management. I work within the Test Engineering group. I find it an absolute thrill to work for Mozilla and to help individuals thrive on teams that are doing impactful work.
My group is currently focused on helping Mozilla reach a 4 week release cycle for Firefox. We're doing this by combining the super powers of two products; Iris and Taskcluster. Iris is a test automation harness that our QA team uses to test Firefox. Taskcluster/Treeherder is Mozilla's CI.
If you would like to get involved on any of Mozilla's projects or be introduced to our community, reach out to me.

Matt has been my mentor for almost a year now, and has been a tremendous help in helping me to get started with QA with Mozilla. He is an inspiration to me and an active helper to other community members online, always willing to answer questions.
Matt is a keen QA Engineer with an eye for making products better and easier to use. Always helpful, he has been an integral part of the community building efforts for Mozilla, and specifically for Web QA. Plus, he has the best celebratory cat pictures!
Well-known Mozillian on my team, community-vetted, so making it official :-)
I have known Matt for the last 3 years. He is a Mozillian through and through. Skills include testing websites and Firefox OS.
An automatic vouch for being a Mozilla employee.
