I'm a freelance translator, copywriter, and web developer.
I began localizing Mozilla Firefox in 2010 and became the Turkish localization team lead in 2012.
I worked as a full- time tech journalist for 8 years, most recent position being the executive editor of PCnet, one of Turkey’s leading computer magazines.
I’ve written and translated countless articles. I’ve created content for magazines (PCnet, How It Works, Computer Active, OYUNCU), newspapers (Yurt), apps (nexxt), websites (Webrazzi, Microsoft Turkey, ekolay).
I’ve contributed to various localization projects, including but not limited to Google, Facebook, Twitter, vBulletin, PHP-Nuke, WHMCS, and Netvibes.
I joined Curlie (formerly DMOZ), the largest human-edited web directory in 2002. I became a meta editor overseeing the whole directory in 2009.
