I work at Mozilla as the Vice President of Marketing Communications. I am responsible for driving strategic positioning and marketing communications campaigns. This means I oversee global communications, social media, user support and content marketing teams and work across the organization to develop impactful outbound communications for Mozilla and Firefox products.
I was most recently Chief Marketing Officer of Silk.co, a data publishing and visualization startup that worked with journalists, NGOs, governments and businesses to provide simple but sophisticated data analysis and data storytelling tools. At Silk.co I led efforts focused on user growth, marketing and platform partnerships. I also formerly served as Technology Editor for BusinessWeek.com and have bylined with dozens of national and international publications on topics in science, business, technology, food and travel.
I (really) enjoy surfing in warm water, hiking, craft beer (partial to Belgian styles), and Japanese izakayas.
An automatic vouch for being a Mozilla employee.
