Greg Wilson

Kurzprofil

Greg Wilson was born and raised on Vancouver Island, where it rains so much that people get a rust rather than a tan. He lived in Scotland for seven years, and after trying out a few other countries, decided to settle in Toronto. He is the creator of Software Carpentry (http://software-carpentry.org), a volunteer organization through which scientists teach one another how to program, and was the editor of "Beautiful Code" (which won the Jolt Award in 2007), "The Architecture of Open Source Applications" (http://aosabook.org), and "Making Software".
